All original artworks and one-of-a-kind pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the unique nature of these works, refunds or exchanges are not offered once an order has been confirmed.

Please review all product descriptions, images, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Limited editions & made-to-order items

Limited editions, prints, books, textiles, and made-to-order items are also non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will offer:

a replacement (if available), or
a refund, if a replacement is not possible

Custom or commissioned work

All custom, personalized, or commissioned work is non-refundable, as it is created specifically for you.
